Senior Leaders Lending Influential Voices to the Dialogue

The Boston Club convenes an advisory board to help us educate corporate leaders on the benefits of diversity at the highest echelons. Working in conjunction with the Corporate Board Committee, the Corporate Advisory Board uses one-on-one outreach and high-level introductions to create direct dialogue with area organizations on the case for gender diversity in the C-suite and the boardroom. Our messages are these:

  • Businesses need leadership that understands, reflects and represents each of its constituencies
  • Diverse leadership drives better decision making, stronger corporate governance, and a more resilient organization – all of which lead to greater business success.
