The Boston Club's Corporate Board Program identifies and recommends qualified women for openings on corporate boards, and its database of board candidates includes non-members as well as members. After an assessment of a company's specific needs, a Search Manager uses the Club's database and wide network of contacts to identify candidates for the company's review. Organizations have come to rely on the Program's deep connections with professional women when looking for accomplished and gifted directors.
