Colette Phillips, CEO and President of Colette Phillips Communications, Receives The Boston Club’s 2022 Women in Business Racial Equity Award

The Boston Club is pleased to announce that Colette Phillips, CEO and President of Colette Phillips Communications, is the recipient of its 2022 Women in Business Racial Equity Award. Ms. Phillips accepted her award at The Boston Club’s
annual Corporate Salute, held on November 15.

The Women in Business Racial Equity Ally Award allows The Boston Club to annually recognize a leader in the business community who demonstrates a commitment to the development of all women and people of color through access to jobs, mentorship, and community support.

I am honored to be recognized by The Boston Club, one of the city’s most wellrespected organizations dedicated to advancing the careers of all women executives. This award shines a light on women of color like me who have been pioneers in catalyzing diversity and cultural change in organizations across the region, said Ms. Phillips.

Colette Phillips pioneered inclusion and multicultural marketing in New England when she founded Colette Phillips Communications (CPC) 35 years ago. CPC, which has been named one of the top 25 PR firms in Boston by the Boston Business Journal, also recently served as the lead agency for the All Inclusive Boston Campaign, to re-imagine and reenergize Boston’s
tourism and identity. The awardwinning agency provides strategic public relations and multicultural marketing services, as well as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting to a variety of industries, non profits, foundations, celebrities, Clevel executives and sometimes even world leaders.
