As part of our 50th Anniversary, we are reconfirming our commitment to women leaders and envisioning a world where women’s leadership knows no bounds. 

As we mark this milestone year, we invite you to join us for the 2025 Corporate Salute, one of Boston’s premier gatherings on women’s corporate leadership. This year’s theme, Beyond the Numbers: Celebrating Women in Corporate Leadership, centers on the release of the 2025 Census of Women Directors and Executive Officers of Massachusetts Public Companies. Created in partnership with Bentley University, this trusted benchmark report has driven awareness and accountability for over two decades. 

Following the release of the Census, a distinguished panel of women leaders will explore why progress for women executives remains stalled—and what it will take to accelerate meaningful change.
