The Boston Club Announces Our New Allyship Series

Alyson Beatty • November 14, 2022

We are excited to announce the launch of our Allyship program, a multiyear effort designed to activate women leaders (as well as men) in driving workplace change and accelerating the movement towards more diverse, equitable and inclusive cultures and communities.

We define allyship as using the privilege and opportunities afforded to you to support, elevate and advocate for marginalized groups. Through authentic discussions, we’ll share stories, experiences, advice and successes and support you as leader through your own journey of impact. Along the way, we’ll connect you to a community of peers and change agents who can be both a sounding board and source of inspiration for your own efforts.

If you want to learn more or get involved in being part of this change, please reach out at president@thebostonclub.com

Our kickoff event, Aspirations for Allyship, will be held on December 7th. We’re offering a morning session (open to the first 15 registrants) from 8:30-10:00 at The Tea Leaf in Waltham, as well as an evening session (open to the first 25 registrants) at the home of Club President Lisa Prior from 6:00-7:30. Visit our events page for more information and to register!
