2023 Corporate Salute: Passion, Purpose, Breaking Barriers

We are pleased to announce that Noubar Afeyan , Co-founder and Chairman of Moderna Therapeutics, will offer opening remarks at the Salute. The event program will feature an in-depth conversation with Sandra J. Horning, MD , Retired Chief Medical Officer of Roche Inc. and a Member of the Board of Directors at Moderna, Inc. She will share her professional journey with David Schenkein, MD , General Partner and Co-Head Life Science at GV and Chair of the Board of Directors of Agios Pharmaceuticals. In addition to the conversation with Dr. Horning and Dr. Schenkein, we will present The 2023 Census of Women Directors and Executive Officers in MA Public Companies, a research partnership betweenThe Boston Club and Bentley University.

We will also present our 2023 Women in Business Racial Equity Awards, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, to two entrepreneurs making an impact in diversity, equity, and inclusion in our community. Nominations for these awards are closed.
